Terms
Last updated October 23, 2026
By signing in to Unflake you agree to these terms. They are short because the product is.
The service
Unflake receives GitHub Actions workflow_run webhooks you configure, records runs that pass after a retry, and forwards them to Slack or Linear if you connect them. What we store and for how long is described in the privacy page.
Beta
Unflake is a free beta. There is no charge and no flake limit. If that changes we'll tell you before anything is billed, and nothing is billed without you adding a payment method.
Your part
- Only point webhooks at Unflake from repositories you're allowed to configure.
- Keep your webhook secret secret. Rotate it from the switchboard if it leaks.
- Don't use Unflake to send traffic it wasn't built for, or to probe or overload it.
No guarantees
Unflake is provided as is. We try to catch every flake and deliver every notification, but webhooks get dropped, APIs go down and retries happen to us too. We're not liable for missed flakes, missed notifications, or what your tests do. Your CI is still your CI.
Ending things
You can delete your account from the switchboard at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll say so here and update the date above.
